A dream  or vision chart is a picture you can create using newspaper or magazine clippings that represent your dream, such as quotes or pictures and paste them onto a board. In this post I show you how to create your very own dream or vision chart.   Dreams V’s Goals   Dreams differ from goals in that your Dreams are your big goals. For example retire at 40, travel the world.  These are your dreams. How you get there are your smaller goals. Obviously only you can decide what you want your Dreams to be, but here we look at how you can make them real. How you can make them real is by using a technique called visualisation. This is where you ‘see’ your Dreams through pictures and words – it’s about making your dreams ‘real’ by grouping together pictures of the things that represent your dreams to you. The need for anthem creation before establishing your group

Anthem can be defined as a song of devotion or loyalty usually motivating a reciter towards the service and fulfilment of the primary goal of a group. The anthem guides every faithful member towards anticipating the necessary code of conducts, core values and curricula activities needed to skeletally set and promote the dominant quality of the group. The anthem helps every zealous member to nurture the real intention of establishing the group. The anthem cultures every teachable member by training their cognitive state to be very sensitive about issues concerning the growth of the group. The anthem briefs every attentive member by housing the essential information about the group. The anthem incites every focused member by emphasising the actuating actions needed for the success of the group. The anthem delights every dedicated member by Melodizing the lines that drives a team towards the goals of the group.
