  2. With respect to construction design people build fire resistive building, noncombustible building, heavy timber building, wood framed building, high rise building, tower buildings, skyscrapers, storey buildings, bungalow, hall and lots more.
  3. Thatch roofed buildings are usually good for suya spots.
  4. A bungalow is a type of building that occupies the ground floor.
  5. With respect to materials buildings can be classified as glass house, brick house, mud house, wood house, raffia house, tent house, cave house, steel house, zinc house, aluminium house and lots more
  6. Examples of building materials are glass, wood, cement, rods, pipes, brick, concrete, gravel, plastic, sand, and lots more.
  7. Gravels are formed from fragments of pre-existing rocks.
  8. Materials used for building in the past are wood, clay, palm front, raffia and lots more.
  9. Buildings are established for the purpose of school, mosque, commercial, storage, manufacturing, church and social activities.
  10. Plastics and ceramic materials are used for sewage purposes.

Definition:
Site preparation involves the demolition or wrecking of buildings and other structures, clearing of building sites and sale of materials from demolished structures. Site preparation also entails blasting, test drilling, landfill, levelling, earth-moving, excavating, land drainage and other land preparation. Also included are tunnelling, overburden removal and other development and preparation of mineral properties and sites, except oil and gas sites.
